Years of long overdue to do's, and with the 2018 just in, I am re-starting my life. So on the road to 2018 I'm taking up little projects for happiness (credits to "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin for the inspiration).
Resolution #1: Be active and Release those endorphins
So I'm re-opening my Runkeeper to keep track of this resolution. I will be walking at least 4km to achieve a 6000 steps daily. Im starting this small, and will up those numbers up when I get the hang of it.
Resolution #2: Do more of the challenging hobbies/activities in leisure time
So there are these things I keep putting off - Guitar practice and Writing. A promise to self to do a little of them daily / weekly.
I'll start with those above, hopefully I will meet my goals. ;)
